These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Kuku Math (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the App

The App is a personally developed educational multiplication game, provided “as is” without commercial-grade warranties, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

2. Fees

The App is offered completely free of charge. It includes advertising served by Google AdMob (only non-personalized ads are shown while Kids Mode is ON). There is no ad-free plan, no paid features, no subscription, and no in-app purchase. The pricing and advertising policy may change in the future.

3. Data handling

Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The global ranking stores a nickname you choose (please do not use your real name), your score, and a timestamp.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering, modification, or redistribution of the App
• Using the App to commit unlawful acts or infringe on others’ rights
• Submitting fraudulent scores, or offensive/abusive nicknames, to the ranking
• Circumventing the App’s security mechanisms

We may remove ranking entries that violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

The author disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages (including data loss, lost opportunities, or third-party claims) arising from use of or inability to use the App. The author does not guarantee functionality, data integrity, or continued availability.

6. Amendments

The author may modify these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect upon being posted at this URL or within the App.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising from your use of the App.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「Kuku Math（インド式九九）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用する場合、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本アプリの位置付け

本アプリは個人開発による学習用かけ算ゲームであり、現状有姿で提供されます。商業的な品質保証、特定用途への適合性、誤りの不存在等は保証されません。

2. 利用料金

本アプリは完全無料で提供されます。Google AdMob による広告表示を含みます（子供向けモードON時は非個別化広告のみ配信）。広告非表示プラン・有料機能・サブスクリプション・買い切り課金は提供しません。料金体系・広告方針は将来変更されることがあります。

3. データの取り扱い

情報の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。グローバルランキングには、ユーザーが決めたニックネーム（本名は使用しないでください）・スコア・送信時刻を保存します。

4. 禁止事項

• 本アプリの逆コンパイル・改変・再配布
• 本アプリを通じた違法行為・他者の権利侵害
• ランキングへの不正スコア送信、または不適切・攻撃的なニックネームの登録
• 本アプリのセキュリティ機構を回避する行為

本規約に違反するランキング登録は削除することがあります。

5. 免責事項

作者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能によって生じた直接・間接の損害（データ消失、機会逸失、第三者からの請求等を含む）について、一切の責任を負いません。本アプリの動作・データの完全性・継続提供は保証されません。

6. 本規約の変更

作者は、必要に応じ本規約を随時変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本URLまたはアプリ内に掲示された時点から効力を生じます。

7. 準拠法と裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリの利用に関連して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
