This Privacy Policy explains how Kuku Math (“the App”, “we”) handles information. The App is a free educational multiplication game suitable for children and general audiences.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect real personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address, and there is no account sign-up.
- On your device: high scores, unlocked modes, settings (language, kids mode, sound), and a nickname you choose are stored locally on your device and are not, by themselves, sent to us.
- Global ranking: When you submit a score, a nickname you choose, your score, and a timestamp are sent to and stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). Please do not enter your real name; the nickname is intended to be a pseudonym.
- Usage analytics: We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect app-usage events (e.g., session start, ad views, mode unlocks, ranking submissions) and basic diagnostics to improve the App. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
- Advertising: We show ads via Google AdMob. When Kids Mode is ON (the default), ad requests are tagged as child-directed and only non-personalized ads are served (no advertising-ID-based personalization).
2. Third-party services
The App uses the following Google services, whose data handling is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy:
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Google Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)
- Google Cloud Firestore (global ranking storage)
3. Children’s privacy
The App is suitable for children. By default, Kids Mode is ON, which enables child-directed treatment: personalized advertising is disabled, analytics is not used for advertising, and the ranking stores only a pseudonymous nickname and score (no personal information). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children’s use. For users in the EEA/UK who turn Kids Mode OFF, a consent prompt may ask whether personalized data use is permitted.
4. Data retention
Analytics data retention is configured to the minimum period. Ranking entries (nickname, score, timestamp) are retained to operate the leaderboard.
5. Deleting your data
- Uninstalling the App permanently removes all data stored on your device.
- To request removal of a ranking entry, email us (include the nickname and approximate score/time).
- You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device’s OS settings (e.g., Settings > Google > Ads on Android).

本プライバシーポリシーは、「Kuku Math（インド式九九）」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いについて定めます。本アプリは無料の学習用かけ算ゲームで、子供から大人まで利用できます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を収集せず、アカウント登録もありません。
- 端末内に保存される情報: ハイスコア・解放モード・設定（言語・子供向けモード・サウンド）・ユーザーが決めたニックネームは端末内にのみ保存され、それ自体が当方へ送信されることはありません。
- グローバルランキング: スコアを送信すると、ユーザーが決めたニックネーム・スコア・送信時刻が Google Firebase（Cloud Firestore）へ送信・保存されます。本名は入力しないでください。ニックネームは仮名としての利用を想定しています。
- 利用解析: アプリ改善のため、Google Firebase Analytics で利用イベント（セッション開始・広告表示・モード解放・ランキング送信など）および基本的な診断情報を収集します。広告目的には使用せず、販売もしません。
- 広告: Google AdMob により広告を表示します。子供向けモードがON（既定）の場合、広告リクエストは児童向け（child-directed）として扱われ、非個別化広告のみが配信されます（広告IDに基づくパーソナライズは行いません）。
2. 第三者サービス
本アプリは以下の Google サービスを利用します。これらのデータ取扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシー に従います。

- Google Cloud Firestore（ランキングの保存）
3. 子供のプライバシー
本アプリは子供の利用に適しています。既定で子供向けモードがONになっており、児童向け扱い（パーソナライズ広告の無効化、解析データを広告に使用しない、ランキングは仮名のニックネームとスコアのみ保存＝個人情報なし）が適用されます。当方は子供から故意に個人情報を収集しません。保護者の方はお子様の利用を見守ってください。EEA/英国の利用者が子供向けモードをOFFにした場合、パーソナライズ利用の可否を尋ねる同意画面が表示されることがあります。
4. データの保持期間
解析データの保持期間は最小に設定しています。ランキングのデータ（ニックネーム・スコア・時刻）はランキング運用のために保持します。
5. データの削除
- 本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータが完全に削除されます。
- ランキングからの削除を希望される場合は、下記メールにご連絡ください（ニックネームとおおよそのスコア・時刻を添えてください）。
- 広告IDのリセットや広告パーソナライズのオプトアウトは、端末のOS設定（例: Android「設定 > Google > 広告」）から行えます。
